Calling All women!

Both of these events are on January 18, 2020. Plan on attending the one closest to you.

The Helena Women's March recognizes that 2020 is an important election year. Part of its purpose is to celebrate Women Leaders in Montana, but also to recognize the 100th Anniversary of Women's Right To Vote in the United States.

N. Idaho Women's 4th Annual March, Sandpoint Middle School.

Speakers will begin at 12:00 pm. SMS gym doors open at 11 AM so that participants can check out our “Take Action” tables of local organizations committed to social justice. The event is free, but we hope you’ll leave a donation at our N.Idaho Women's welcome table to help cover facility costs.

RALLY begins at 12 noon with 3 strongly motivating speakers who are tackling important regional issues: Rebecca Schroeder, Nancy Harris, & Laura Tenneson. The MARCH will follow the speakers, heading outside to our paved Community Trail. Bring a sign that expresses your passion for progressive policies as we enter the 2020 election year to counter Trump’s brutally dishonest presidency. Please leave backpacks, purses, food, water bottles in your car. Note that heavy boots are not allowed on the gym floor; balcony seating is available.

There will be opportunities to register to vote, change your address on your registration and apply for an absentee ballot. Several voter initiative petitions ready for signatures will be available along with many informational booths from our community. Come and enjoy the fun. The event is free, but we recommend getting a free ticket now to speed up your registration process at the front doors. This gym has a limited capacity so a ticket will ensure that you will get a seat inside.

Join millions of women nationwide taking to the streets on January 18 for our 4th annual Women’s March.

We encourage all our good brothers to join us!
